Taking matters in my own hands. I’ve headed off for a physical intervention. The powers of manipulation and electro needling. Enough is enough of this spicy pain, need to reduce suffering and return to having a normal level of pain I’m used to not level 8 all day everyday with 9 and 10 at times. Update so far: perhaps 6 hours later, movement has increased somewhat, pain has diminished to the point where laying down is possible with out too much special care. Ok physical tired yet have done nothing. My favourite line from today was “how have you been walking around” it made me giggle. Laughing in life is so important. Lying here in bed writing this in my phone and drinking the holy Redbush tea from South Africa. Sleepiness is coming I feel and it’s only 18:22
