Suzy Cramb from Wolsingham and her friend Debbie are approaching Morecambe Bay today on their Tandem lejog (Lands End - John O'Groats) ride.

They are raising money for The Teenage Cancer Trust and The Ellen Macarthur Cancer Trust.

Alison Walton's dog biscuit business, based in Romaldkirk, has just had something of an unexpected surprise.

Here, Alison explains to Gary Burgham how she took her products to an exhibition at the NEC in Birmingham, and began a working relationship with a children's charity run by the Wallace and Grommit team.
