Here’s a fun fact: The city of Portland has the most strip clubs per capita in the country. And now, the dancers at a strip club in Northwest Portland have voted to unionize. Dancers at Magic Tavern have been on strike since April 4th after demanding safer work conditions for dancers. The strippers are now being represented by Actors' Equity Association, the labor union that represented the country's only unionized dancers in Los Angeles. And we were there for the venue’s first night as a Union strip club.

Silvio Berlusconi, the billionaire media mogul and former Italian prime minister who transformed the nation's politics with polarising policies died on Monday at the age of 86. Berlusconi, Italy's longest-serving premier who counted Russian President Vladimir Putin as a close friend and gained notoriety for his "bunga bunga" sex parties, had suffered from leukaemia and recently developed a lung infection.

Indonesia’s powerful Anak Krakatau volcano has erupted, spewing ash as high as 2 miles into the air, officials said Saturday. It was the longest eruption since the explosive collapse of the mountain caused a deadly tsunami in 2018 along the coasts of Java and Sumatra. Anak Krakatau, which means “child of Kratakau,” is the offspring of the famous Krakatau, whose monumental eruption in 1883 triggered a period of global cooling and created an explosion heard around the world. And thanks to the long arm of the Bones News Department, our roving correspondent is there to witness nature’s spectacle.
