Today I speak with James Crichton (or Crabby) all about strength and conditioning for equestrians
Crabby is a strength and conditioning coach who works with athletes in several different sports. He kind of accidentally started working with horse riders due to a connection through his sister and because of this he recently launched an online programme for equestrians.
We talk about the benefits of strength training for horse riders and how the sport is quite behind compared to other sports in this area of training.
