Being [at Work]

108: Leading Through Burnout with the Mantra, "What Matters Most" with Trasee Whitaker

Listen Later

Trasee Whitaker is the Chief Human Resources Officer at Masonic Homes Kentucky. Her approach to leading each employee is by asking the question, "What matters most?"

Trasee and her team adopted that mantra once they realized their efforts to battle COVID-induced burnout weren't paying off. Always open to change, Trasee started looking at employees on an individual basis to combat burnout in a different way. As you listen, you'll gain a deeper understanding of how to help each person on your team tackle any burnout they might be feeling.
