This morning we analyze the change in Moshe we see starting in our Torah portion, B'Ha'alotechah. According to Rabbi Menachem Liebtag, we are not seeing a criticism of Moshe, but the fact that Moshe's abilities and style of leadership is no longer what the people. Every teacher / rabbi / parent / child etc. must be suited to their student / community / child / parent etc. And the needs change.
