One of the reasons why I became such a bulldog in life was because I started to do things that suck in my day to day routine.

A long time ago, I realized that the more I did things that were hard and could actually suck, the more I would be stronger, especially when it comes to sh*t that people throw us or even to setting expectations on other people.

Once I started to do sh*t that sucks, like fasting, running a crazy amount of miles without food and working like crazy, my life really started to change.

If you want a great life, you must commit to leading a great life. I like to say that, if I were to go to prison, it would be like Club Med :)

To be successful, you have to do the hard things. Deep down, you already know that. Doing the hard things is the single biggest differentiator between outrageous success and mediocrity
