10HP Podcast

In this podcast we discuss city-builder strategy game, Tropico 4. In prepping for the eminent release of Tropico 5 I wanted to get people up to speed on the Tropico series and explore the last iteration of one of my favorite franchises of all time.

Attendees were Anthony, Chris, Glorious and Riki (via Skype).

Bonus HP was all Disney Infinity.

Next month we are going to play Assassin's Creed 3. Assassin Creed 4 is hot on everyone's wish list but we want to be up to speed on the series first (and are waiting for the cost of 4 to go down some). Send us your questions and comments about this show, the upcoming game, or anything else you feel needs your attention at [email protected] [1].

Also, for the future we are going to play several games simultaneously and report on them as time permits. Also, the games will be opt-in as opposed to everyone playing everything, so different people will discuss with each episode.

Terribly sorry about the audio in this episode. I made an unrecoverable mistake and will correct it before the next recording

In this podcast we discuss RPG adventure game, Shadowrun Returns: Dragonfall. As we all played the original SRR campaign, it seemed a fitting continuation to play the expansion.

Attendees were Anthony, Chris, Glorious and Paul and Riki had to call in via Skype.

Bonus HPs included discussion of games for kids, Diablo 3 Reaper of Souls, Lords of Waterdeep and American Airlines.

Next month we are going with the real-time economic strategy game, Tropico 4. Send us your questions and comments about this show, the upcoming game, or anything else you feel needs your attention at [email protected] [1].

Bonus HPs included discussion of the new X-Com expansion, the Eclipse iPad game, Diablo 3 Loot 2.0 and Anno 2070.

Next month we are going with the expansion to the kick-started Shadowrun RPG, Dragonfall. Send us your questions and comments about this show, the upcoming game, or anything else you feel needs your attention at [email protected] [1].

In this podcast we discuss the kickstarter RPG Shadowrun Returns.

This month we had a passionate discussion of this newest implementation of Shadowrun, how it met and failed to meet our expectations. Glorious and Riki were out this week for various reasons, but sent in their comments via e-mail. Shadowrun holds a place near and dear to our hearts so there was a lot on the line for some, and reacts were all across the board as usual.

Bonus HPs included Saints Row IV, nutritional alternative Soylent, competitive LoL tournaments, Battle Nations and Hearthstone.

Next month we are going with grand strategy game Crusader Kings II. Send us your questions and comments about this show, the upcoming game, or anything else you feel needs your attention at [email protected] [1].

Music in this podcast was taken from the official soundtrack. Tracks include: Return of the Sixth World (menu music), Null Sheen, and BTL Burn.
