 Breaking Brett Jensen kicks off the show by talking about former Florida Representative Matt Gaetz withdrawing from considerations to be attorney general and has been replaced by former Florida Attorney General Pam Bondi. Breaking Brett has interviewed the former Florida AG in the past where he questioned her on election integrity efforts. Bondi has overseen some controversial elections, where election integrity was called into question.

Brett also discusses the ongoing controversies surrounding various election recounts across the state in some of the most hotly contested races. The big one being the North Carolina House, with protests planned as we end Day 2 of the statewide recounts.
