Andy joins the Comfort Support Line (CSL) to volunteer in cubical 9, taking calls from people who need a listening ear during difficult times. It doesn't take long before he receives a particularly difficult call, and before he has chance to process it, someone else rings, he reacts badly, and things spiral somewhat.
