I'm sure you've heard the term "eat less move more" well if it was that easy why do people still struggle with fat loss?

Today I talk to Andrew Neeson who is an online coach working in Belfast all about how there is more to it when it comes to fat loss

We talk about his own experience with disordered eating and he only really started to change after he did the precision nutrition course

How we often associate these things with women but it can be just a prevalent in men

How PTs who only show on social media "perfect" nutrition is part of the problem

Differences we notice between men and women

The fat loss shite we see on social media and how they play on people's insecurities 

If you lock in the basics as unsexy as it is you will get the results you're looking for

That you might be more motivated if you actually enjoyed what you were doing 

How we both hate running

Your weight doesn't dictate your progress

Destroying yourself and crawling out of the gym isn't a mark of a good session, it can actually be counterproductive

The main takeaway from this is that there is so much more to fitness and training than fat loss
