Sometimes building community and social interactions while at work is an important step to building a strong team. Telling your family and friends outside of work about your work life can be equally important. They don’t have to be totally separate parts of you
In the end, we are whole people
Personally, it is easy for me to isolate at work, but I feel better when I make the intentional time to get to know my coworkers
Remember your spouse is a partner in life with you, invite them into your work struggles
Take care of your body and your mind to avoid burnout
