Okay my friends, let’s have this real chat - because if you’re a leader, you’ve been here. And I know what it feels like, because I’ve been there too.

When you want more for your leaders, than they want for themselves.

When you feel like if you do ‘this’ it will help them be the leader you know is possible for them.

When they say they want it, but then they give up when life throws them a hurdle.

In short, it sucks. I get it. But we have to release the control this has over our businesses. We have to release the notion that we have any control or ownership over this at all.
