We know how much pressure is put on single people to find the perfect partner, but being single and happy is a great place to be! Ellie caught up with Charlotte Faloon founder of North East Female Empowerment and Tom Home, founder of Blokes, a mental health charity set up in 2022. To discuss how being happy as a single person is a great please to be and they'll be sharing some of their top tips on how to love yourself a little bit more.
