In this episode, I'm interviewing my Canadian-Argentinian emotional support buddy and latina badass, Steph Wharton, to talk about how to land paid speaking gigs and build community. Steph is a leadership and visibility coach, who shares how she created the " Whole Damn Vibe" community, which is a free, BIPOC, Neurospicy, and queer online community for creatives and entrepreneurs. Each week we meet online to chat and cowork, and I LOVE IT because I know I'm not the only queer in the room.

Steph emphasize sthe importance of public speaking and visibility, sharing her programs like the 30-day visibility tour and the speaker experience mastermind. Steph highlights the need for entrepreneurs to value their time and expertise, and advocating that we seek out paid speaking engagements.

She also shares her personal experiences and strategies for building a successful speaking career, including the importance of consistent branding and community support.
