Kathryn Moore has been a leading expert in the global spa industry for 15 years with extensive knowledge of all aspects of spa business.

During her time with MSpa, overseeing more than 60 spas for Minor Hotels, Kathryn identified noticeable gaps in the industry. Her solution was to form Spa Connectors in 2015, offering exclusive training programmes as well as recruitment solutions and business consultancy.

In only a short time Spa Connectors has developed a reputation for delivering innovative, personalised solutions to address the client’s needs, ensuring longevity and high performance for every spa business associated with Spa Connectors. Globally recognisable brand such as Rosewood, Movenpick, Intercontinental and Mandara are just some of the names that Spa Connectors has been able to secure partnerships with under the helm of Kathryn.

Kathryn's most recent venture involves creating the Hall Of Wellness Awards, which is a globally reaching platform aimed for reward and recognition to the best in the industry.
