We're back to our bread and butter this week, as we're covering a little known American spree killer who left a trail of dead in New Orleans in the the early 70's. Mark Essex was an African American man who was not impressed with the racism he encoutnered in his day to day life, and eventually, he dealt with it by choosing violence. In part 1, we'll cover Essex's early life (which wasn't bad), his time in the Navy (which wasn't great) and his growing disillusionment with race relations in late 60's and early 70's America. From there, it's all downhill with blacked out windows, mail order rifles and Pig Nixon.
