PTs and coaches are not perfect, we make mistakes too so today I wanted to talk about some of the mistakes that I made over the years
I talk about when I only posted "healthy food" on my socials because I was trying to portray a certain image
Different diet trends that I followed and how they affected me
Doing endless amounts of cardio
Posting myself training or "progress pics" and expecting people to want to work with me from that alone
Thinking there is only one way to do things and everyone needs to do it if everyone is different how can we expect our diet and training plans to all to be identical?
Judging others on social media without getting to context on why they may have their clients doing certain things
That you shouldn't just become a trainer just because you like training as there is far more to this job than getting people to lift heavy things and put them back down again
And that you are always learning in this job and that is what makes it so great
