Intermittent fasting is a powerful tool for weight loss or general health, but it can be daunting, especially if you've never done it before!

This week on the Vibrant Menopause Podcast we're back with an episode that's short, sweet, and will set you up for success if you have intermittent fasting on the brain. I share three things that I do, and that I think would help everybody in preparation for their fasts. The three tips that I share will get you in the right mindset, prime you for remarkable health, and help to reduce many of the pains that come with intermittent fasting.
