ABOUT THE EPISODE We often think of habits as something that just “happens” to us. But the reality is that habits create our lives. They define who we are and play a huge role in our success. That’s why it’s so important to understand how habits work and how they can help to achieve goals.   Habits direct our focus and determine the energy we use on a daily basis. The energy we spend is then used to fuel our behaviors and decisions. This often goes unnoticed because our behaviors and decisions feel automatic.   But what if your habits could show you the way to being the person you want to be?   This week we’re joined by Donna Zajonc. She is a master coach and educator. Donna has the ability to transform people’s lives. She can help them release the inner blocks that keep them stuck.
