Justine Jardine describes the 'build as you go' approach that she used to developing a learning solution and resources for software implementation in an Agile project at Coca-Cola Amatil. She found that once she embraced a mindset of iterative change and human-centred design approaches it helped her to create a more sustainable and effective learning solution than in traditional software project environment.
