I am super stoked that you are here because today we are going to chat about something that I never put too much importance on until very recently… SLEEP!

 

Do you find yourself needing a nap in the afternoon? Do you find yourself needing loads of caffeine throughout the day? Do you find that you have major sugar cravings?

 

Well, then you may not be getting enough sleep, and do you know what?! Sleep is arguably the #1 thing to focus on when looking at your health!

 

Some tips to improve your quality of sleep:

1. Turn off your screen and read an actual book before bed.

2. Sleep in a cool, dark room.

4. Get 7-8 hours of sleep per night.
