New Year, new you!? Wait, is that right?

Many of us have bought the lie that struggles with body image and self-esteem are just teen girl issues. Yet in the New Year, we come face-to-face with the reality that our bodies never quite feel good enough. We'd like to be thinner, prettier, and just better, please. But phew, that feels exhausting even as grown women. So where's the good news? What hope does the gospel offer us? How do we show our girls this hope?
