This week is Game Changer and Hooray day. For some of you, this may be your first 5th week with us and we are so excited for this opportunity to make the gospel loud and clear to kids. With more games, more excitement, and also some more gospel connections, we hope that these weeks give you the opportunity to share about how God values the kids and preschoolers in your ministry and wants them to know Him! This week we are opening the Bible to see how Jesus welcomed the kids to Him because they were special and valuable to Him! God is welcoming us into His family because He loves and values us too!

Join us as we talk about something a little scary! Well, not THAT scary. Today we are talking about how God knows our real fears. Through the story of Peter walking on the water, we can see how Jesus cared for Peter. Even though Peter was afraid, Jesus was there with him. Jesus didn't stop the storm, but in the midst of Peter's fears, Jesus knew them and was with him! We can't wait to talk to preschoolers and kids how God knows there fears and can help them through them.

What kind of kid were you growing up? One thing we know is that kids have big feelings and it can sometimes be overwhelming to know what we should do with them. God knows those feelings and He cares about them too! This week we get to show preschoolers and kids how God knows what they are feeling as we look at the story of Mary and Martha and how Jesus showed love to Martha, even when she was frustrated.

We all make mistakes! That's why we need Jesus. But how do we talk to preschoolers and kids about those mistakes? This week we get to share with kids that even when we make mistakes, God still loves us. He doesn't want us to keep making mistakes! He wants us to follow Him and the plan He has for us. What does it mean to love like Jesus? Join us as we look at this story of clanging cymbals and how we can show kids and preschoolers love this week. Love is a big word that is tossed around a lot. We can love a favorite crayon or a sports team, but the love that we receive through Jesus is so much more! God cares when I feel… mad? Join some of the Hyfi team as we look at Psalm 4 and how David felt angry. But in our anger, we are called to follow God and not sin. God cares about us when we are mad. He doesn't want us to stay mad, but we have the choice to follow Him and find joy!
