A beautiful thing about entrepreneurs is many times determination and intuition pays off. And today's guest Dylan Ogline from Orlando Florida is no exception.
More about today's guest
Dylan Ogline is a high school dropout from a small country town in Pennsylvania. He started his first business when he was 14 selling cell phones.
In 2016 he scrapped 10+ business projects and started focusing on one single thing, digital marketing. Tired from struggling getting no progress and working from his freezing basement, not to mention nearly a Million dollars in debt - it was an uphill climb.
Turns out, focus was the key. 4 short years later he has built Ogline Digital into a 7-figure agency generating over a million in sales three years running.
Dylan is now a leading expert in direct response advertising and business growth. He has now turned his focus to helping other people start and grow their own hyper profitable digital agency.
Dylan undoubtedly believes that anybody can start and build their own digital agency that will allow them to have more freedom and live a life with purpose and meaning. Dylan's training programs are designed to take the guesswork out of building an agency and remove all of the unknowns that stop so many people from starting their own business.

Here at 12 Hats Radio, we love social entrepreneurship and we believe in maintaining mental health. Today's guest Moniquea Spiteri is no exception.
We feel mental health is very topical at the moment, as here in Perth we have entered a hard lockdown this month.
More about today's guest
Moniquea has worked in the field of mental health, personal development and trauma for over 15 years, I am a passionate social entrepreneur, somatic psychotherapist and change maker.
She is also the Founder and President of Enveco Health– a social enterprise that will assist those living with mental health conditions regain wellness, retain employment and be supported in their personal recovery.
In November 2000 Moniquea lost her Father to suicide, that tragedy was the catalyst that set her on a path of self-discovery and mastery, it is the reason why I became a trauma therapist and the Founder of Enveco Health. She is a staunch advocate for change in the mental health sector and believer that all people have a right to be treated with kindness, dignity and care when facing some of life's toughest challenges.
Having been involved with numerous holistic and innovative projects, She has a natural strength for creating new ways of doing things and helping others ignite their own inner spark to achieve their goals.
Moniquea is a passionate and engaging speaker, coach and mentor and was awarded as highly commended in the 2016 Victorian Premier’s Volunteer Champions Awards for Change Maker and 2017 Soar Collective Business Woman of the Year and winner of the 2017 Emerging Not for Profit Business of the Year.

Our guest today was a musician in the 1990s and once gave his voice to a blue cartoon dog. However he is not Dave McCormack from Custard. He is Jason Barnard, digital native and SERPS expert who now calls Paris home.
This is is the show to share with your colleagues, in this episode Jason and I discuss why having a podcast can boost search rankings. Therefore a podcast forms an integral part of any search ranking.

Did you remember that show way back in the 1990s called The Pretender? About a genius who can pretend to be anything he wanted to, and was wanted by the government? I did, it was one of my favourites. Today's guest is not wanted by the government, nonetheless, he is a man of many talents: Dustin Miller from Columbia in the United States.
His passion is being a polymath and educating people on how to become one. Through courses and omnichannel marketing.
Check out more about Dustin's work here: https://polyinnovator.space/ and Dustin hosts his own podcast here: https://pod.co/polycast
