Episode #12 brings us a fun adventure from Sean Lowery who went from making t-shirts in his mother's basement after college to creating a multi-million dollar monogram empire with his wife. You could say that he has a knack for identifying and building businesses in a way that very few people can! Sean has been behind the wildly successful e-commerce business, United Monograms, for the past 6 years and has no plans of slowing down anytime soon. 

It's not everyday where you see a man like Sean running a business that caters entirely to women, but he loves every bit of it and it's awesome to learn how he has adapted! He's a grinder with a vision, putting in the time day in and day out to be the best leader that he can be for his 17 employees.

Sean is open about the mistakes that he has made on his entrepreneurial journey and talks about how prior struggles have given him the confidence that he has today. Sean's mindset is impenetrable as he been in the pits many times along the journey; it has not always been a rosy path towards creating a 7 figure business.

While building his business, he's a student of personal development, always sharpening his craft and learning how to get better at everything. This is only the beginning as he loves being uncomfortable!
