名古屋(なごや)には「ひつまぶし」や「味噌(みそ)煮込(にこ)みうどん」など、名古屋(なごや)にしかない食(た)べ物(もの)があります。私(わたし)たちはそれを子供(こども)の頃(ころ)から食(た)べていると、それが当(あ)たり前(まえ)で日本中(にほんじゅう)どこでもあると信(しん)じていたという経験(けいけん)がよくあります。食(た)べ物(もの)だけではなく、育(そだ)った環境(かんきょう)、学校(がっこう)など、子供(こども)の頃(ころ)の「当(あ)たり前(まえ)」が実(じつ)はその土地(とち)だけの特別(とくべつ)なことということがありました。今回(こんかい)はそんな「当(あ)たり前(まえ)」と信(しん)じてきたことが、実(じつ)は「当(あ)たり前(まえ)」じゃなかった、ということについていろいろと話(はな)しました。

In Nagoya, there are foods unique to the area, such as "Hitsumabushi" and "Miso Nikomi Udon." Many of us grew up eating these foods, believing that they were common and available everywhere in Japan. However, not only with food but also with the environment we grew up in, schools, and so on, what we took for granted as children turned out to be something special and unique to that place. In this episode, we talked about various things we had believed to be "ordinary," which actually weren't "ordinary" at all.
