My guest today, Marc Ottestad is all about connection—connecting people, connecting ideas or patterns, and connecting to God. And he provides strategies to accomplish those connections.

Today Marc and I plan to talk about the most undervalued character trait of all great leaders--humility. First of all, I would like everyone to consider that leadership is a character trait which impacts BOTH leading yourself and leading others. And humility is a cornerstone for leading and living a most meaningful life.
