Today I talk about the pitfalls we fall into when following an exercise programme

I talk about the importance of being patient and trusting the process

How you are paying for your coach so why wouldn't you listen to their advice

Exercising 6 days a week doesn't make you a better person if you can't keep it up consistently

Comparison is the thief of joy so stop comparing yourself to others

How important the language we use around not only food but also ourselves 

Doing what you enjoy is important but you may need to do exercises that you don't enjoy to achieve your goal
