We love to talk about the blessings, the love, and the joy that we experience from God, but often overlook this: the fear of Him. This fear is not to be understood as to be frightened of Him, however, but instead to honour Him with reverence; to see Him for who He truly is — 100% holy, 100% king, and 100% who we were made for.

In this episode, I’m joined by my multi-talented creative friend, Bella. We delve into our respective creative expressions, the struggles of imposter syndrome, our backstory with art, and how it looks like for us in the present. 

For the latter half, we talk about lust, the female’s perspective/struggles with it, how it is taboo in our culture, and Bella’s personal story about her dealings with it.

I also perform a spoken word from 2021 entitled “Fisherman”, a poem on lust.

Beyond just guarding someone else's heart, however, it really begins with guarding our own. In this episode, Jaynar and I weave through the difficulty of guarding both, but highlight the purpose and benefits reaped from it. For sure worth it.
