In this episode, I discuss the difference between redirecting thoughts versus remembering in the process of personal transformation. While changing thinking is commonly promoted, it often feels like a mental effort to override natural patterns. Instead, I propose that remembering who we truly are at a spiritual level - as children of God made in His image - allows us to connect more with our heart and intuition over logical reasoning.
Through the practice of remembering key spiritual truths and bringing Christ into difficult experiences, I have found we can access wisdom and perspective beyond our own minds. I share how remembering has helped me gain clarity and peace when facing challenges.
