While I think the ego is generally misunderstood, it is quite tricky in how it sneaks into our mindset - and not in a good way. Whether it’s trading our process goals away or comparing our journey to another’s, the ego can derail our plans. Luckily, recognizing this is the first step to getting that ego under control!
