Shane is a family nurse practitioner turned entrepreneur who is passionate about letting nurses know the power of entrepreneurship. Known as "The Medpreneur" on social media, Shane is also the founder of Shane Grindle Consulting, where he empowers fellow advanced practice providers to build private practices and support their entrepreneurial aspirations.

Shane runs the Medical Entrepreneurs' Roundtable Facebook group and hosts a radio show on 95.1 FM called "Ask a Med Pro" in Jacksonville. He is a published author of several books, with the most recent being Burnout to Breakout: The Medpreneur’s Blueprint to Entrepreneurship.
