In this episode, I share about the lab testing that I typically recommend for women to start with when TTC.
Many doctors are resistant to running hormone labs, but there are other options! There are many at home urine tests and blood tests you can order yourself these days.
This is wonderful, but it's also important to know that conventional and functional lab ranges are different. It's possible to get labs run whether through your doctor or on your own and to remain confused about what it actually means for your fertility.
