Donna is having a cheeky half hour to herself, daydreaming she's on a date with the one and only, Keanu Reeves, when she's distracted by the conversation of the two women behind her—a distraction with embarrassing consequences. 

Earwigging is a tale as old as time, and Donna falls head over heels for the drama.
