This week my friend Brett Tvenge joins my podcast.  I met Brett when he came to me to be his Realtor to purchase his first home he flipped.  Brett is very successful in finding homes and flipping them.  He talks about how he got started in flipping houses and his everyday routine that helps him find the right homes.
