Cassity was essentially born into real estate as she is a third-generation realtor in her family, making real estate a lifelong passion and interest of hers. Being around real estate transactions as a child in Williams, Arizona instilled a familiarity and ease to understanding the intimate details of the industry. Every life choice Cassity has made over the years has continued to build her skillset and shape her to become one of the top-producing agents in Arizona. From graduating with honors in psychology from the University of Arizona to earning a master’s degree in counseling from Northern Arizona University and working in government positions, she has a deep understanding and experience with people. In 2007, Cassity decided to mix her love of working with people and her entrepreneurial mindset to officially begin her real estate career. Now she applies all of her counseling and psychology wisdom along with decades of Arizona history to represent buyers and sellers in the best way possible.

Stephanie is a graduate of Arizona State University, where she attained her Bachelor of Science in Management and Bachelor of Science in Marketing and graduated summa cum laude from Barrett, the Honors College. She was named one of the Scottsdale Area Association of Realtors "40 Under 40" in 2017, 2018, 2019 and 2024 all before the age of 35. This award recognizes outstanding Realtors under 40 years of age who demonstrate business success, professional leadership, and community and industry involvement. She is an active member of her community where she is the co-communications chair for the Scottsdale Area Association of Realtors Member Relief Committee. When she’s not helping friends buy or sell homes, she can be found hiking or Jeeping Arizona’s trails with her husband Kiel and two Australian Shepherds, Foster and Opie.
