If you're struggling to sing, here's a quick you can try to get your voice into the right spot.   Overall there are two steps. You need to build the right amount of vocal compression first. Once you find that you then need to learn to shape your vocal tract so you get a balanced tone. Often singers will go either too whiny/bright or too dull. Learning to find something in the middle is super important.
