In this week's episode we're joined by the amazing and hilarious Ali Round to chat all things fitness in pregnancy and postpartum! If you're feeling like you want to get back into exercise after having a baby but don't know where to start, this is the episode for you!

Ali takes us through some gentle and safe exercises to start off with, and shares her tips for all stages of postpartum. We also chat about what exercise is safe during pregnancy. 

Ali is a female transformation coach specialising in pregnancy and postpartum. Having two young children herself (and navigating the craziness of 2 under 2) she's able to share her personal insights and background to complement her 15 years experience within the fitness industry.
