In the first three years, we have been failing in the process of converting sculpture prototypes into porcelain. The long hair of the goddess Venus and the daffodils overlap each other in all directions., from the front, side, back to the base. There are large curves in different quadrants, and multi-level undercut shape.
The deconstruction process of the mold from the sculpture prototype is another challenge. It must be tightly closed when connecting, without leaving a mold. It is important to preserve the original design.
Furthermore, excessive penetrating shapes and arches also increase the difficulty of firing in the kiln.In order to overcome the process of porcelainization, it will be 15% smaller than the soil model, we took another two years.
