We continue our cocktail comparison series with another of Jo’s favourites – the Mojito! Despite the fact that she doesn’t generally like mint, a muddled leaf is actually a flavour she enjoys in a cocktail – will it be the same in a beer though!

The beers we found that emulated a mojito were all sours, but they were definitely a range of levels of sours – we not only chat about the flavours but also if these beers would be suitable for someone starting on their journey in sour beers.
