As a follow-up to our alumni interview on perfectionism, Martha Bauman joins Liz Benigno to talk about her own struggles with perfectionism as a Regents parent. All five of Martha's children have graduated from Regents and the Bauman family has been involved with the school since the very first year it was founded in 1992.
