In 2019, she made the bold decision to leave her job and take on the business full time as CEO, and it is no coincidence that the business reached the next level when she joined full time.

We talk about her perspective on scaling the business, building and dismantling a team of 14, buying 20 single family homes, and leading an eXp Realty organization with 147 agents. It was fun hearing her insights, especially things about my own business that I had not realized before.
