She is a health and fitness coach based in New York. She helps females get fit and gain energy in a fun and sustainable way! In this episode, Jennifer shares with us how she dealt with her body issues, and now helps other girls work through theirs, too:
“When you finally start doing the things that you feel you’re meant to be doing, it’s so fulfilling and rewarding.”
“It was safe and comfortable.”
“The fear of the unknown sometimes self sabotages us at the very beginning.”
“If you wouldn’t have done that, you would be in the same position three months ago, six months from now.”
“Getting to where I am now - it didn’t happen overnight.”
“It brings awareness to the fact that I’m not perfect.”
“Set your boundaries and stick to them, as hard as it is.”
“Just make sure that you’re in a good space and that you’re ready for it.”
Asking for help is never a sign of weakness; it is, in fact, courage. Especially during this time when we are more limited to our outside world; it’s important and much needed to have support on our journey. We need mentors, coaches and friends that will uplift us and help us thrive. Never be afraid to reach out. In your ‘baring’ it all, you need not bare it all on your own. So, invest your time, energy or money in someone who can help you in reaching your goals and creating life sustainable results.
