Jake and Jon tackle the really effed up situation over at Rikers this one dude is beating the shit out of everyone on the staff. So this one captain says what the fuck are we doing guys to the upper staff and they're pretty much "silence, you insolent cur" about it, and sure enough he is suspended. If you ever had shitty leadership you will relate to this episode and if you ever had to work in a dangerous and terrible place like a jail you will really get it.
