We have been wired to keep score from a young age in school and sports. Although it is necessary in a game, more often than not it is not helpful in our relationships. In today's episode we encourage you to be on the same team by increasing your awareness of when you are likely to keep score, communicating your needs and approaching your relationships with gratitude.
