This framework allows you to naturally build think time into your answer so you can gather your thoughts before answering. It also provides you the opportunity to be memorable and stand out from other teacher candidates in your answers. Last but not least, it reassures the district why you are the teacher they have been looking to hire and what makes you stand out from other teachers.
