18. What are your top 3 priorities moving into next year?

19. Thinking about the year ahead - what will be the first action you take to make a bold step into the new year?

20. Think about one word. Anyone word which you want to keep handy moving forward for the next few weeks of the year or moving into the next - one word you will base your decisions around, run your values aligned to and take into consideration when you need an answer.
