It's inevitable that you'll have seasons in your business that require you to slow down, or even take a pause. We don't like to think about it in our "hustle culture", but the reality of being a human is that sometimes we need to stop.

I've recently been going through one of these slow seasons, and I've had to navigate how to move through this and move forwards out of the season. I've found 6 things to think about as you prepare or navigate a slow season yourself. These things will help you take the time you need to rest, heal, or take care of yourself or loved ones, while still keeping your business running in the background.
