My dear good friend Bo has decided to embark on a healing journey with Ayahuasca. He has chosen The Ayahuasca Foundation in Iquitos Peru, Lead by Director Carlos Tanner. Bo has also decided to bring you along for his journey preparation to integration. To top it off, Carlos Tanner is joining us to participate in a 2 part series with this being part 1 - Preparation. 

 

When Bo comes back, we will bring you part 2 - Integration.   For part 1, Carlos goes through Bo's initial counseling session that all travelers receive pre adventure. To prepare with suggestions over intention setting and expectation. Also how to mentally prepare yourself with dietary suggestions. As well as journal practices, an introduction to the staff, what to expect upon arrival & seasoned advice for the jungle.
